About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Project Lead! We are currently looking to hire a Project Lead! This role will play a critical role in leading and delivering various projects within our innovation, renovation, sourcing, business continuity, and productivity initiatives.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site in Broomfield, CO.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Project Planning and Organization:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and company strategies.
- Ongoing maintenance of project timeline and mitigating timeline risks with cross functional collaboration.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues in conjunction with cross functional teams that may impact project success.
- Develop and track mitigation plans through completion.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, meeting minutes, and task management tool (Monday.com).
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to the Head of PMO and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support troubleshooting roadblocks with cross functional team members and work to develop new processes as needed.
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage project team members to ensure project objectives are clear and met on time.
- Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and escalate when necessary to meet project milestones.
Quality Control:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established best practices.
- Support tracking of risk mitigation strategy.
Change Management:
- Navigate and manage changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements while minimizing impact on project goals.
- Identify and address gaps in processes or WOW to ensure continuous improvement.
The base compensation range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Engineering, etc.). preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering and leading projects within the food industry or related sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Monday.com is a bonus).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Must be detail oriented and possess strengths in both organization and communication.
- Proven track record of executing CPG project initiatives).
