We are advocates for public lands and stewards for the wild places we love. We stand for diversity and inclusion indoors and outdoors.
As a company, we:
- Give a portion of our revenue to environmental causes as a 1% for the Planet Member Business
- Advocate for environmental causes at the state capitol and beyond through our involvement with Colorado Outdoor Business Alliance
- Give each employee a week of paid time off to volunteer their time and professional skills to an environmental or outdoor cause they care about
- Work only with companies and nonprofits who share our values
