About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Finance Manager, Sales Finance & Planning!
The Senior Finance Manager, Sales Finance & Planning is tasked to lead topline financial forecasting, trade spend management and drive profitable growth. This role partners closely with sales leadership to make smart, profitable, demand driving decisions. The position reports to the Senior Director, FP&A and Commercial Finance
The role is based out of our Broomfield, CO office, with the expectation of hybrid work, 3 days in office.
This role may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Ensure accuracy of trade plans to support forecasting and accruals.
- Lead topline inputs for profitability analyses, including revenue and trade investment assumptions.
- Partner with Sales Planning and RGM to evaluate trade performance and identify opportunities to improve trade efficiency and ROI.
- Support demand forecasting through analysis of promotional plans, historical performance, and market drivers.
- Prepare and present recurring KPI reporting and insights for the Executive Leadership Team to support decision-making.
- Serve as the primary Finance business partner to the Sales Leadership Team, providing guidance and recommendations on key commercial decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop one direct report to build capability and ensure strong execution.
The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience.
About You:
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant master’s degree a plus.
- Five to seven years of experience in Finance or Commercial Sales, preferably within CPG category.
- Ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and a passion for driving process improvements.
