About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Analyst, Regional Accounts!
The Analyst, Regional Accounts will support, analyze customer performance and inform the sales team in driving business.
This position is based in Broomfield, CO with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite.
This role may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Pull customer data, track scorecard metrics/customer KPIs, and perform analysis that provide insights to the CBMs to shape customer conversations and plans.
- Input sales/customer information into data systems.
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks. Pull data and perform analyses to support sales team in growing the business at assigned customers. Support Sales and Category Management on weekly/monthly data pulls. Own the weekly data pull for the customer scorecard including volume, share, distribution, bump charts, weekly sales ranks, etc.
- Deliver on ad hoc requests for additional sales needs regarding data pulls, presentation development, etc. Utilize syndicated, panel, or customer data to analyze the business, understand business trends, and provide a point of view on solutions.
- Track account-level performance and provide CBM with recommendations to hit targets. Perform analyses to identify new distribution and incremental sales opportunities for given customers(s)
- Support sales on submitting sales plans into trade management system across all categories
- Submit accurate and timely customer promotional contracts, input expected trade/shopper spend (total customer plan) for each promo into trade management system
- Provide support on contract development and new item form generation and ensure deal actualization process.
- Look for opportunities to gain distribution on new products and improve product exposure (shelf positioning, advertising, and promotions) – including monitoring what competitors are doing.
The base compensation range for this position is $60,000-65,000/year commensurate with experience.
About You:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Two (2)+ years of work experience, preferably in CPG beverage/food.
- Analytical skills and ability to analyze large sets of data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (strong skills), PowerPoint
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
