About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Analyst, Away From Home & Club
The Analyst of Channel Acceleration will support Customer Facing Employees in their efforts to drive sales growth and profitability. This role supports the relationship between the customer and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment, flawless execution, and achievement of sales and financial targets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong relationship-building skills, financial acumen, and accountability for results.
The role has a strong preference of being based in Northwest Arkansas, with consideration for Broomfield, CO based applicants
This role may be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Developing sales skills by attending customer appointments and presenting
- Managing weekly and monthly business reporting and presenting to internal team
- Managing the trade system by accurately inputting and updating the sales plan
- Managing customer contracts through the deal management system
- Work with internal Finance team to validate and clear deductions
- Setting up new items in the system and coordinating sales samples
- Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Business Managers & Sales Planning
- Managing demo budget and scheduling demos for the customer
- Generating new ideas to increase sales of new and existing Horizon Family Brand products
- Managing forecasting assumptions and alignment with demand planning
About You:

- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Effective presentation skills required
- Excel proficiency required
- Good negotiation skills required
- Attention to details is a must
- Good financial and business acumen required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of related experience in wholesale and/or CPG preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Overnight travel required quarterly, covering Internal & External meetings
