To advance our agenda, we are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager within the Product Technology team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Technology. This role is instrumental in leading cross-team initiatives by shaping strategy, managing product roadmaps, and aligning technical and stakeholder priorities, serving Business Units, Product Creation, Marketing, Footprint, Creative, Innovation, and Strategy and additional company stakeholders. What You’ll Do
- Vision & Roadmaps: Lead the creation, prioritization, and execution of integrated product roadmaps and strategies, aligning cross-functional partners against Patagonia’s strategic, Technology, and Product goals and milestones.
- Delivery and Execution: Drive collaborative development and delivery of complex technology solutions to deliver key business outcomes, resolving dependencies and risks, and enabling creativity and innovation
- Analysis and Measurement: Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop business cases, establish KPIs, and continuously monitor and improve product performance and user experience.
- User-Centricity: Champion a user-centric approach by deeply understanding user processes and needs, ensuring strong adoption and continuous improvement through authentic feedback and data-driven enhancements.
- Relationships and Trust: Foster alignment, trust, and transparent communication among stakeholders, building an empathetic and engaged environment across teams and leadership.
- Competitive Landscape: Monitor the competitive landscape to anticipate industry shifts, positioning Patagonia for emerging opportunities and mitigating risks through strategic planning and execution.

Experience You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience in consumer product, retail, or e-commerce, including at least two years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven success in defining, developing, launching, and maintaining technology products, solutions, or platforms.
- Extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing product roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and deliveries across multiple products or platforms.
- Familiarity with technical architecture, APIs, and integration with corporate systems such as ERP and CRM.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and a consistent record of data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in both foundational (PLM, VLP) and emerging (digital product creation, AI, AR/VR) fashion/retail technologies.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and user experience (UX) design, including user journey mapping.
Hiring range: $150,000-$180,000 USD Annual
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $127,000 - $191,000 USD Annual. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.

Workplace Location Overview
This position is
Hybrid, with a standard schedule of
Tuesday - Thursday on-site and remote work on other days. Occasional additional office visits may be required for team events or critical meetings.
