About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support members of Horizon’s executive leadership team!
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week on site in Broomfield, CO based corporate headquarters.
Reports to: Designated members of Executive Leadership Team
About the Job:
- Provide administrative support to executive leaders, including extensive internal and external calendar management, business travel, meetings, expenses and special projects
- Manage and support recurring leadership team and broader business meetings – managing agendas, key assignments, follow-up items, and action-plan tracking. This may include assisting with preparation of key documents and presentations to support the sessions (Microsoft Word + PowerPoint)
- Coordinate travel and expense reporting using corporate applications and approved service providers, including submission of expense reports after each business trip or special event
- Collaborate with team and other EA(s) (as applicable) to support broad cross functional meetings and events
- Coordinate and oversee events, including internal team events, arranging meeting rooms, and catering requests
- Point of contact for designated department mail and packages, set up new vendor and purchase orders as needed
- Contribute to excellent reputation to the company through professional, friendly, and respectful interactions with all internal and external stakeholders
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 ($36.06-$43.27 per hour) commensurate with experience.
About You:
- Associate’s Degree and minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
- Strong desire to work closely and support others, cultivate relations and a culture of inclusion, and team-orientation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work assignments and be resourceful in finding answers with little information
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with others
- Maintain professional behavior and high standards of confidentiality and information security when given access to sensitive information
- Anticipate and detect problems and opportunities related to the people and teams being supported
- Capacity to manage matters when faced with unexpected challenges
- Experience in supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously. Experience and comfort working with and supporting C-suite level.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence to share communications on behalf of the leadership team
- Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as experience using SharePoint and Teams.
