As Principal Technical Product Manager, you will spearhead the development of user-centric, high-performing technology-enabled solutions. Collaborating with key partners and stakeholders across business units, technology, creative, and strategy, you will ensure a seamless user experience and drive business outcomes with technology enabled solutions.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop, deliver, and manage a comprehensive technical product roadmap, vision, and strategies for technology-enabled solutions with a focus on enabling our ecommerce and digital objectives in strong partnership with key stakeholders across business, creative, technical, and strategy teams.
- Empathize deeply with customers and business through collaborative quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to inform technical direction.
- Create and manage technical product requirements documents (or equivalent) that align with business and market requirements, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Enable agile, strong end to end discovery, design, and implementation of scalable, reliable, user-centric technology enabled solutions with quantitative and qualitative metrics to drive and track impact and progress.
- Communicate effectively early and often, fostering strong, transparent relationships across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strong product-market fit and successful delivery.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of internal and third-party partners and both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering an outcome-driven, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies related to digital and ecommerce practices.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience You Bring:
- 8+ years delivering complex, end to end customer facing products as a technical product manager.
- 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role, managing a team of diverse technical and non-technical professionals.
- BS degree (or equivalent work experience) in Engineering or Product.
- Strong experience with digital and ecommerce systems, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert in eCommerce (or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud-based CRM and ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analytics.
- Familiarity with API design and integration.
- Understanding of microservice architecture and design patterns.
- Experience working in lean teams in agile fashion.
- Experience with JIRA/DevOps (or similar) preferred.
Hiring range: $170,000 to $185,000 USD
At Patagonia, pay ranges are assigned to a job based on the location specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills/capabilities, experience, and available budget. Note the full pay range for this role ranges from: $139,700-$209,500 USD. The Hiring Range reflects where in the range we intend to hire for this role.
