The Breakdown 
Burton Australia is looking for a Product Service Manager to maintain the smooth running of our Product Services Department in Sydney. This includes ensuring that all warranty claim and Quality Control issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner whilst upholding Burton standards (Burton W48, Repair targets etc.) and providing the highest possible customer satisfaction. The role also includes the management of the department spare parts inventory (ordering, stocktaking and daily management). 
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must and a strong knowledge of Snowboarding hardgoods (Boards, Boots, Bindings) will also be highly regarded. 
Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned)
Rider Service & Warranty:
- Answer all warranty calls and enquiries in line withW48.
 
- Receipt, assess and process all warranty claims and returns and liaise with dealers and general public on progress.
 
- Liaise with contracted repairers.
 
- Champion Burton Sustainability goals and standards at all stages of the warranty process. 
 
Spare Parts
- Forecast spare parts and warranty replacement stock to ensure the smooth operation of the department through the year. 
 
- Process dealer daily spare parts orders and adjust based on stock availability. 
 
- Manage Bench stock requirements. 
 
- Oversee the yearly stock take operation.  
 
Quality Control
- Liaise with Global QC & ADC teams to highlight and rectify issues with product
 
- Take action on global instructions.
 
General/Other Responsibilities
- Process and manage warehouse inbound and outbound deliveries. 
 
- Keep warehouse organized to a high standard of cleanliness.
